Role and Responsibilities
Summary
Responsible for maintaining the Software Media Library, delivering software media containing the project’s software releases, generating software media, tracking Government Reproduction Rights on COTS documentation, as well as preparing status accounting records and reports. The CM Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the library and its contents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Log incoming software, documentation and software licenses and maintain an inventory of the Software Media Library.
• Generate CDs and DVDs for the Software Media Library and deliver to CAE customers.
• Prepare status accounting reports.
• Prepare deliveries of the Project software and COTS software and documentation to CAE customers.
• Perform internal audits of the Software Media Library and support QA audits.
• Prepare Microsoft Word linked tables for CDRL deliverables.
• Support Physical Configuration Audits (PCA) for the projects
• Update internal work procedures.
• Will work in a hands-on technical environment
• Ability to interface with internal and external customers.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to organize, package and ship large packages.
• Ability to understand software licenses that are purchased.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• A four-year degree in Business, Library Science or related field is preferred. Experience in a Configuration Management position is also preferred.
• Excel, Word, Power Point, database, and web experience.
• Knowledge of Military configuration management requirements and SEI Capability Maturity Model Integrated.
• Ability to implement CM library processes and procedures on multiple programs.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem solving ability
Security Responsibilities
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
• Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance
