Looking for a position in a fast paced ENT clinic that allows for personal and professional growth? Florida E.N.T. & Allergy is the answer. Our practice supports the growth of our Doctors of Audiology by providing training opportunities, leadership projects, and frequent communication with peers to enhance our patient experience.
We are pleased to announce a new opportunity for a highly motivated, independent audiologist comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting. We are a well-established, successful ENT practice made up of twenty-five physicians and eleven audiologists. We consist of thirteen offices spanning Hillsborough and Pinellas counties and continue to grow.
CLINICAL REQUIREMENTS: Full diagnostic responsibilities - VNG, audiometry, hearing aid dispensing (i.e., testing, fitting, and selection); and hearing rehabilitation service to adult populations as well as pediatric diagnostic testing.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Au.D. preferred. * Florida Audiology License, NPI and Medicare provider ID . * Excellent customer service skills and ease when meeting new people. * Strong keyboard/computer/Audiology diagnostic and hearing aid software and equipment experience. * Ability to organize time and prioritize responsibilities within strict deadlines. * Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team environment. * Demonstrated attention to detail. Occasional travel required for meetings and coverage.
COMPENSATION: * Commensurate with experience but will include a competitive base salary and bonus structure which recognizes growth of patient volume over time. * Major medical insurance, dental, vision, 401K. Paid time off plus holidays. * $1000 per year for use toward CEUs and professional organization fees/licensure, etc.
