We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist provides services to patients including assessment, treatment, screening, and program planning and implementation, as well as related documentation and communication with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and foster optimal outcomes.
**Position does include weekends.  Position requires weekends**
Job Requirements
• The PT must possess a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited University program.
• Meets the training requirements in accordance with State and Federal laws.
• The PT must possess current state license in good standing with State Board.
• The PT must possess a basic understanding of the practice of Physical Therapy as set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the State Department of Health
Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
• This position requires that the PT is able to walk, bend, stand, and reach constantly during an eight-hour day/shift.
• This position requires that the PT is able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. in order to provide safe and appropriate care for the facility residents and guest.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
• Must maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well within a team environment.
• Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.
• Other duties as assigned.
