Full Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: This position for a new small company in Lakeland, Fl is great for someone who has basic financial knowledge, good with numbers and have great people skills. This position will not have any travel time as everything will be done remotely. Responsibility of the job includes scheduling clients meetings, sending meeting reminders, up keeping client documents, conducting client monthly meetings, and managing their client portals while working directly with our financial specialist to update and manage clients accounts. The client advocate will be the voice and face of the company with our clients and in the community. Applicants should have noise free office space, knowledgeable in modern technology, and comfortable doing video calls in which they would be expected to wear professional attire.
REQUIRED TO APPLY : Live in the Lakeland, Florida area. The candidate is required to have at least an Associates degree, dependable computer that has windows and Microsoft office.
TRAINING/SCHEDULE: Training will consist of about 5-10 hours spanning over 1-2 weeks that will be completely remote. Pay for training will be $8.50/Hr. and then increase to $9.00/Hr after training. Candidate will have flexibility in their schedules to be able to work the hours that they are available and work primarily from home.
