Job Description Position: Warehouse & Field Operations Support
Job Description:
The position of Warehouse & Field Operations Support is responsible for handling all orders, routing, deliveries, installations, and communication with assigned locations. This individual is also responsible for all communication with delivery and install teams, as well as, the assigned sales contacts with each client.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
• Responsible for safely loading/unloading trailers by utilizing equipment such as hand trucks/pallets jack and forklifts/clamp trucks
• Verify documentation and condition of freight to assure quality standards are achieved
• Accurately label and prepare freight for shipments/RTVs
• Maintain tote inventory program
• Perform daily pre-calls and communicate with routing and invoicing departments
• Route monitor and remotely assist delivery and install teams
• Conduct pre-site visits and site walkthroughs with Builders and GCs
• Effectively communicate with Builders, GCs and supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction
• Execute detailed evaluations on appliance installation teams in the field
• Must be able to produce or quickly obtain certification and safely operate clamp truck/forklift and other machinery as required
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to ninety (90) pounds
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Candidate must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Possess a mechanical aptitude, be able to follow directions and perform assigned tasks
• Must be able to lift greater than 150 lbs. not to exceed 400 lbs. on a repeated basis
• High school diploma or GED required
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Candidate must be self-sufficient and able to work under minimal observation.

• Ideal candidate will possess a "can do" attitude with a "will do" work ethic
• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced/high volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
