Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Greet customers upon arrival, answer customers' questions and provide information with the help of service advisors, estimators and/or department managers.
• Set initial and follow-up appointments with the customers.
• Assist customers with their requests and direct them to the appropriate dealership contact as needed.
• Assist the customer to ensure complete satisfaction by greeting customers, answering their needs, and generally helping around the shop as needed.
• Treat every customer with honesty and respect.
• Open and close repair orders and estimates as needed.
• Process credit or debit card transactions and validate checks. Use electronic scanners, cash registers or related equipment.
Job Responsibilities / Tasks include:
Receiving and Processing Correspondence - both hard copy and electronic
Data-Entry (tab key) of Contracts
Scanning and Indexing of Contract Forms
Processing Contract Cancellations
General Administrative Duties
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail/receptionist or customer service experience is preferred.
• Perform consistently to provide excellent customer service.
• Requires the ability to work in a team environment as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to set appointments using an online system and understand basic technical information.
