Full Job Description As a Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing an organization as well as their financial documents, business processes, and system flows.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) presentations for all supporting Lines of Business
• Track and review Key Performance Indicators, transaction volumes, and trends
• Present to senior management on status of business, and communicate effectively within a timely manner to management and partner sites
• Work with managers to develop new reporting measures and improve service metrics
• Able to assist in resolving the team queries and act as a reference point for business partners and client service members on technical and service related matters
• Interact with stakeholders to respond to any escalations, client complaints, and summarize findings
• Recognize and act on opportunities to improve processes
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
• Demonstrate teamwork and build internal relationships across locations with partner sites
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge and understanding of all primary Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
• Risk, control, and procedure oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
