Full Job Description JOB TITLE : Merchandising Specialist/Office Manager
DEPARTMENT/DIVISION: Sales Merchandising
FACILITY LOCATION : Tampa Fl
REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
To aid in the development of the routes through improved merchandising, better account penetration and improved availability of products distributed through the system.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Expand distribution of our products in new and existing accounts by performing cooler resets, warm set resets, and by building displays.
2. Reset schedules will be provided by the Branch Manager on a daily basis.
3. Place POS materials and display racks throughout assigned territories. All pack-outs must include accurate and proper pricing.
4. All resets must be accompanied with a before and after picture.
5. Assume other responsibilities and perform special functions as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
6. Assist in the coordination and set up special events in assigned territories.
7. Review and identify competitive activity.
8. Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required
9. Route settlement and other office management functions
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1. Proven success in merchandising
2. Ability to maintain strategic working relationships with distributors and accounts.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Detail oriented, self-starter, multi-tasker
5. Excellent analytical and organizational skills
6. Ability to adapt quickly and effortlessly with change
7. Solid experience in Merchandising
8. Must have a valid driver’s license
9. Degree preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
