Job Description:
• Assist operations manager in organizing and planning workflow.
• Work with building departments to file documentation necessary for job permits.
• Organizing job NOC and filing with department.
• Updates tracking for status of materials ordered and received.
• Organize job packets, plan work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
• Verifies material orders for accuracy and amounts
• Take job measurements and processes product orders.
