The Client Account/Billing Specialist is an entry to mid level position and we are seeking a highly customer service oriented individual to join our Team.  This is a full-time hourly position which will be based in our Tampa, FL office.
To succeed in this role you must have a passion for helping others and want to be in the health services industry.  You must have excellent communication and be extremely detail oriented.  You must be able to learn quickly and be comfortable working  in a fast paced environment. Most importantly you must be confident in your abilities!
In this role you will be responsible for:
• On-going communication with designated offices and responsible for billing to 250+ private pay clients
• Confirming weekly invoicing
• Generating and sending invoices on a weekly basis, per client specifications
• Building trust-based, lasting relationships with our clients and serving as a resource for their needs
• Ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of our accounts receivables
• Responding to customer inquiries on their billing and resolving questions as they arise
• Maintaining credit card and direct bank payments
• Coordinating with a diverse team of professionals located across the United States
• Supporting your colleagues in the Finance/Billing departments as needed
What you will bring to the Team:
• A strong customer-service mentality is a must
• You should expect to spend at least half of your time communicating with clients, resolving issues and following up on payments
• Be flexible to our various clients' needs and maintain the integrity of our accounts
• We are looking for an organized, driven, detail oriented individual
• Tech savvy, comfortable with Google, Microsoft and Excel
• Willing to work on other projects assigned by your supervisor
