Commercial Insurance Specialists in Tampa, FL is seeking a Personal Lines Sales and Service Representative that possesses a 220 license to join our growing team.
The main functions of this position are to work independently by providing quotes to prospective and existing customers, reolve any issues that arise on quotes and binding insurance coverage.
Personal Lines Sales and Service Representative Responsibilities:
• Sales and servicing clients through processing policy changes and issuing new quotes
• Resourceful in researching client solutions and be a team player with the ability to work well with others in an office environment
• Servicing day to day customer needs
• Prioritization and a high sense of of urgency to respond to clients is a must
Personal Lines Sales and Service Representative Skills/Qualifications:
• MUST have a 220 license
• MUST HAVE at least 3-5years of personal lines experience in a sales and service capacity
• Experience with EPIC Software
• Ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Takes initiative and displays a sense of urgency
• Detail orientated with strong organizational skills
• Prioritization and a high sense of urgency to respond to clients is a must
