Specialty Freight & Courier is seeking for reliable, professional, independently contracted drivers to perform both routed and on-demand deliveries!   SF&C is an industry leader in medical, critical parts, and auto part logistics.  We have been in business for 20+ years.
Currently there is on-demand work that originates in all of Tampa, though probably half of it originates in the 33619 zip code.  The on-demand work can happen all throughout the day.  Our biggest need right now for on-demand coverage is early afternoon into the evening.  There are always opportuntities to take on routes as they are added.  We are expecting 5 to 7 routes to become available in November / December.
If you own a good condition, late model (15 years old or less) car, mini-van, pick-up, SUV, or Cargo Van that delivers good gas mileage and you are seeking a flexible work arrangement, we would like to speak to you about a 1099 Independent Contractor Courier opportunity with SF&C.
This might be the opportunity for YOU if you meet a few qualifications:
- Fast and thorough with assignments while able to provide great customer service
- Reliable, self-starter with a kind, professional demeanor
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Proof of insurance and vehicle ownership with a clean 3 year MVR
- No DUI in the last 15 years
- Over 21 years old with less than 3 points on your license
- Reside in Tampa, or the surrounding area - The closer to zip code 33619 the better
