Full Job Description Our growing real estate company is looking for a full time project manager. We are a family owned company that has have been rehabbing single family homes for over 35 years and growing in the Tampa Fl area. Our company is laid back and drama free, so if that isn't your style, please don't apply.
We are looking for someone with experience in all aspects of home renovation. This position would walk through flip houses recognizing what needs to be done in order to list the home, order supplies, pull trailers, direct crews, and manage multiple projects at one time.
We are looking for a self starter who is ready to work hard/hustle at day to day business. There is a huge opportunity for growth in this field with the right crew and drive. Experience with electrical, plumbing, drywall, siding, and home renovation in general is required. Pay is highly negotiable based on experience and what you can bring to the table. Reliable vehicle is important as well. This job will have a lot of driving involved.
