Full Job Description The Maintenance Technician would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property.
MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS and be able to work independently.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Customer service
• Responsible for apartment turns
• Appliance repair as necessary
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and some carpentry
• Clean breezeways, power blow community as needed
• Keep grounds clean and free of debris.
PARTICIPATE IN THE ON-CALL ROTATION TO ENSURE 24 HOUR EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE SERVICE RESPONSE.
Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in apartment maintenance and turns.
