Full Job Description Who we are: We’re a Property Management company located in Tampa, FL.
Offered Position: Accounting Department Manager
Duties include but not limited to:
- Collect and process tenant rent payment, deposit funds to owner account
- Process vendor invoice and mail/wire payments
- Work with Propertyware, our property management software, to perform bookkeeping duties for owner/tenant accounts
- Other administrative tasks
Work Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday mornings (9AM - 5:30PM).
Prerequisite for the position:
- Accounting/bookkeeping background
- Experience in property management industry is strongly preferred
- Experience with property management software such as Propertyware is strongly preferred
- English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
