Full Job Description Bay Breeze Car Wash is looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to be responsible for sales duties such as generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answering questions about our products, recommending the right solutions, and achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals. The position offers commission for sales in addition to the employees regular base pay of $10.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Skills
• Standing outside for long periods of time
• Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Track record of over-achieving sales
• A friendly and energetic attitude
• Availability to work flexible shifts
