Role Value Proposition:
Answer incoming calls from Customers to research, respond and resolve their inquiries, questions, and/or concerns to company accounts, products and/or provisions. Uses computerized systems to track, troubleshoot and gather information while tracking and reporting consistent issues or problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Handles inquiries that are non-routine and multiple situations which may require adaptation of response or advanced problem solving techniques. Researches and resolves complex requests and discuss options.
Experience and Education:
Extensive oral/written communication skills. Extensive technical and functional expertise. Proficient knowledge of relevant products and services. Proficient knowledge of relevant products and services
Experience and Education: 3-5 years. HS. Appropriate Product Licensing
