**A Day in the Life**
We are looking to recruit a Territory Manager to cover the South Western Sydney territory. This role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to promote a range of market leading products within Medtronics Hernia Gynaecology portfolio to key specialist surgeons.
**Please note this is a 12 months maternity leave contract.**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for assigned territory, by promoting defined Medtronic products.
+ Practice effective territory management in terms of organisation, administration, inventory management and expense planning and control.
+ Develop relationships with physicians and hospital administration staff to ensure both clinical and non-clinical needs are identified and met.
+ Provide surgical case coverage, follow-up support and troubleshooting for relevant therapies.
+ Monitor field inventory effectively to ensure appropriate levels of inventory in each location relative to demand.
**Must Have Minimum Requirements**
+ A Bachelors Degree in Science or Business related disciplines
+ Proven success track record in sales, ideally within the medical devices or pharmaceuticals industry
+ Strong customer focused with ability to build rapport quickly with customers
+ A quick learner who is self-motivated, driven and resourceful
+ Highly organised with good planning skills and proven ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
