Customer Service Trainer
What Will You Do?
You will be responsible for serving as an ambassador of the company by motivating all team members and promoting enthusiasm and teamwork. This individual will provide support and guidance to the Customer Service team, determine areas in need of improvement, develop training, and enhance employee performance.You are creative and organized! You will create the standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and current documents are available to the call center staff.
What Do You Need?
·High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
· 2 years’ of experience in customer service, Required
· Ability to effectively lead, guide, and coach a group on new tasks
·Professional telephone etiquette
·Excellent oral and written communication skills
·Strong attention to detail
·Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet,
·Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
