**Job Description:**
Responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of varied problems. Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and report generation, and exception processing. Coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions. May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services. Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in an operations environment and on the job training. Individuals typically have 2 to 4 years of experience.
**Job Description:**
Responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of varied problems & escalations related to Special Loan Servicing products/processing. A well-qualified candidate would be comfortable with a wide array of functions which may include administering defined procedures, analysis & report generation, and exception/escalation processing which may include outbound calls to customers. In addition to this the applicant should be confident in their ability to coordinate the implementation of remediation actions on behalf of our customers to ensure a positive experience. May assist management in designing, documenting, implementing & monitoring of new processes and may be called on to provide guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in an mortgage servicing operations environment and on the job training. Individuals typically have 2 to 4 years of combined experience in both Mortgage Servicing and Customer Service (with call center operations preferred).
