Simple—it’s engaging our guests, anticipating their needs, recommending titles they might like, and helping to resolve any problems they may encounter with tickets or equipment (because reloading that game card isn’t always as easy as it looks…).
Our Game Room Attendants aren’t just “video-game babysitters”—they’re customer-savvy owners who look for opportunities to upsell goods (food & beverage) and services (pool table use, etc.) to our valued, game-craving guests.
