SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of this role is to support UCS field operations and Corporate Staff in the areas of safety compliance, fleet services, lease management, travel processes, and facilities services. The incumbent will conduct research, handle confidential and non-routine information requests, develop and present reports and analysis for assigned areas to assist management in operational decision making. This position serves as a key liaison between field operations leadership and the UCS Corporate staff for assigned areas of responsibility insuring information and data are shared efficiently and effectively between the two groups. Some travel is expected.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
The incumbent is expected to work independently performing the following duties and responsibilities with limited supervision and guidance:
· Manage and maintain an updated library of spreadsheets, databases, forms, and documents, etc containing corporate information and statistics for use by executives and in assigned areas of responsibility.
· Administer vehicle fleet policies and procedures and provide support to field operations regarding any fleet service needs. Support development of fleet budgets and provide any needed reports on fleet performance to Director.  Process vehicles licensing, insurance, claims, etc as needed to support Pike Fleet Corporate policies.
· Provide administrative and operational support of the UCS Safety Program maintaining all required documentation, filing and retaining safety meeting minutes for all Safe Teams, coordinating with Pike Corporate safety to provide monthly safety topics to safe team and keep the UCS Safety Manual up to date with Corporate Policy and regulatory change.;
· Act as subject matter expert and process owner for travel policy and Concur travel management system.
· Manage and maintain an updated library of spreadsheets, databases, forms, and documents, etc containing corporate information and statistics for use by executives and in assigned areas of responsibility.
· Generate and format Corporate dashboards, management reporting, charts, tables, graphs, general correspondence, memos, etc.;
· Support storm response activities as needed to include making/receiving phone calls, organizing team response lists, coordinating travel arrangements with Corporate Travel service vendor
· Provide administrative and operational support for UCS Contracts, Certificates of Insurance and Risk Management related activities.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
2. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required High school degree or GED.
Required Associates degree (AA or equivalent from two-year college or technical school).
Preferred A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or University in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science.
Experience
Minimum 3-5 Year(s) Experience in Operations or Administrative Support role.
