1st 6AM-2:30PM
2nd 2:30PM-11PM
3rd 6PM-6AM
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be computer literate.
* Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience- casting or injection molding experience preferred but not required
JOB DUTIES:
Job duties will vary depending on the department the individual will support. This individual MUST be opened to being crossed trained.
1. Prepping cores that are made from porcelain to go through the waxing process
2. Required to utilize small dremel's, files, hand tools, etc. to clean, smooth and grind porcelain cores.
3. Load porcelain molds into wax presses
4. Preparing casting by adding wax, cleaning holes in the wax, outlining template & to insert pins for casting process.

POSITION & SHIFT OVERVIEWS:
FIRST SHIFT:
(2) Shell Dippers
* SHIFT: Train and be on 1st Shift: 6am-6pm: 3 on, 4 off, 4 on, 3 off
SECOND SHIFT:
All 2nd shift positions will run from 2:30pm-11pm M-F (standard schedule)
NOTE- they are currently working 10 hours shift M-F with optional 8 hour OT on Saturday (50-58hrs/wk) and this will not be the case during training!
(2) Core Press Injectors
* SHIFT: Train on 1st shift (8 weeks) and then go to 2nd shift position
(2) Wax Press Injectors
* SHIFT: Train on 1st shift (4-8 weeks) and then go to 2nd shift position
(4) Wax Cleaners
* SHIFT: Train on 1st shift (2-4 weeks) and then go to 2nd shift position
(2) Core Prep
* SHIFT: Train on 1st shift (2-4 weeks) and then go to 2nd shift position
(2) Core finishing
* SHIFT: Train on 1st shift (2-4 weeks) and then go to 2nd shift position
(2) Mold Prep
* SHIFT: Train on 1st shift (4-8 weeks) and then go to 2nd shift position
THIRD SHIFT:
(2) Shell Dippers
* SHIFT: Train and be on 3rd Shift: 6pm-6am: 3 on, 4 off, 4 on, 3 off
