Position Summary.
Responsible for driving and executing inside sales process and sales support to achieve sales and profitability targets. Execute quote process effectively for assigned clients and support external sales executives with their quote process. Provide effective after-sales client support. Update BMG CRMs daily. This position must lead by and demonstrate company values at all times. This position reports to BMG’s Sales Coordinator and liaises closely with Logistics, Buyer, Collection, Accounting, Purchasing leaders and other sales positions within the organization. This position is based in the BMG HQ Office in the Tampa Metropolitan Area.

• Drive and execute prospects and leads coming from phone, email or website. Interact with KAM to ensure that quotes are accurate and on time. Coordinate quote process. Provide effective after-sales, quality and customer service. Meet and exceed customer needs and expectations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide support to the sales team by relieving them of administrative work. Duties may include order processing/entry, price quotations, information input and management, RFP response, product training or other related tasks.
• Must leverage on company tools and infrastructure in a timely manner such as sales reports and CRM tools. Establish, communicate and coordinate objectives with other relevant departments to ensure operating efficiency.
• Provide effective after-sales, quality and customer service. Timely address and coordinate customer claims. Respond to customer needs and requirements with appropriate solutions. Report and track all customer claims as per established process.

• Keep update Information System. Administer sales systems and CRMs, analyze customer and market data for lead generation.

• Other activities. Serve as back up to other sales executives when needed. Coordinate marketing sales activities and processes as needed and based on budget (e.g. website updates, Fairs, Shows and Expos, etc.) o Actively participate and engage in other company activities requested by leader, support certain management activities and coordination of staff meetings and promotion activities, among others. Follow company standards, policies and procedures. Support company with special projects and workflow process improvements. Lead by, and demonstrate, company values at all times.

• Associate Degree or Certification in Sales or similar. Bachelor degree in business or similar is a plus.
• Computer literate and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint is required.
• Excellent Spanish Language -written and verbal, and working knowledge of English Language is required. Portuguese or other languages are a plus.
