In this position, you will be responsible for a multi-state weekly and semi-monthly payroll for over 100 employees. This position reports to the Accounting Manager
Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:
• Prepares, balances and distributes W-2s.
• Prepares, balances and files the Quarterly Employers' Federal Tax Return
• Assists accounting staff with payroll reports or audits
• Compiles all payroll data and enters information in the Payroll system.
• Prepares, generates and prints checks, direct deposit advices, and required payroll reports.
• Reconciles all earnings and deductions to payroll reports.
• Compiles all payroll data and enters information in the Payroll system.
• Prepares, generates and prints checks, direct deposit advices, and required payroll reports.
• Reconciles all earnings and deductions to payroll reports.
• Assisting in the annual Worker's Compensation insurance audit
• Assisting with administration of 401(k) plan
