Responsibilities and Duties:
• Perform paint repairs using trained techniques and various tools on our clients’ vehicles
• Travel to local dealerships to perform various paint services including:
• Bumper repair
• Minor collision repair
• Scratch repair
• Buffing
• Establish and maintain customer relationships
• Complete reporting and invoicing daily through company provided technologies
• Effectively communicate with clients regarding current projects and upcoming needs identified via daily inventory reviews
• Work in a team environment
• Maintain provided company vehicle, tools, and additional equipment per company standards
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED)
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time
• Successfully complete pre-employment drug and background screening
• Must have good work ethic and strong customer service skills
• Must have the ability to work nights and weekends when necessary
• Attend mandatory Technician training at one of our training campuses
• Paid salary during training
• Lodging provide (if not local)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Post-High School training and/or education
• At least one year of automotive reconditioning and/or detailing experience
• At least one year of customer service experience
