F45 is a worldwide fitness phenomenon and our studios are looking for dynamic Sales Associates passionate about spreading the message of making exercise fun and effective while facilitating the growth of our studios and the brand. We thrive on building a connection within our community and creating an environment where people feel inspired and welcome.
Desired Qualifications Include, But Are Not Limited to The Following:
· Previous sales experience (required)
· Mindbody Operations (preferred, but not required)
· Be inspiring, engaging and fun while you are in the studio.
· Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
· Excitement to learn, grow and take on feedback
· Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
· Flexible scheduling throughout the week
· Ability to work some weekends
· Ability to work some holidays (Closed on Christmas)
Sales/Connections
· Build a connection within our space by getting people comfortable, showing them around and making sure they understand our processes, product, and culture.
· Contribute to studio growth through on-boarding new members
· Completing contact logs, prospecting stage assignments, and processing documentation in Mindbody
· Ringing up memberships and/or retail items in Mindbody
· Conduct phone calls regarding leads, member check-ins, follow ups with trial clients
· Greeting our members enthusiastically to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the studio
· Attend team meetings and socials/events with the F45 team to promote brand awareness and integration into our communities

Job Type: Part-time or Full-Time
Pay: $10.00 per hour + $15 per new sale of qualified memberships
COVID-19 considerations:
Classes are operating at 50% capacity to maintain suggested social distancing guidelines; we also are cleaning between each class and members are provided with individual cleaning products and are required to utilize a towel during their workouts.
