• Ensure the highest levels of compliance throughout the region.
• Identify, develop, and implement strategies for increasing revenue growth and profitability within assigned region
• Grow deposits within existing client groups to ensure retention, while expanding into new client groups by leveraging regional and corporate resources.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans and budgets.
• Motivate and direct activities of District Vice Presidents to optimize their personal and team performance.
• Ensure best practices of effective recruitment, selection, and development of financial advisors.
• Positive change management resulting in enhanced customer experience
• Collaborate with peers and share best practices
• Enhance communication, transparency and effectiveness across the regional team
To be successful in this position, candidates must demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills in working with advisors, clients and the community. Candidates must also be a team player and embrace change.
Requirements:
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
•Extensive knowledge of Retirement Plan types and law
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
•Series 7, 24, 66, 51 and Life and Health licenses
In addition, the successful candidate must possess and effectively demonstrate:
• Strong leadership skills; holding team to highest ethical standards
• Knowledge of all AIG product offerings
• Mentoring and coaching skills
• Ability to build customer loyalty; strong relationship management skills
• Superior planning and organizational skills
