Full Job Description Private Pediatric Dental Practice in South Tampa seeking a dental front desk applicant preferably with knowledge and experience in billing, scheduling, and insurance. We are looking for an organized, patient-friendly candidate who shares our enthusiasm and passion, and can be committed to our patient philosophy. The candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong organizational and customer service skills, and excel in ALL aspects of dental front office responsibilities including excellent written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, professional image and trainable.
Other job skills beyond great phone manners and efficient scheduling include- genuine happiness, appointment confirmation, collecting money, checking patients in and out, scanning, printing/mailing letters, printing/mailing welcome and thank you letters/emails, keeping the reception area clean, taking out the trash, helping the whole team as needed, learning new skills. Dentrix experience is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
