Full Job Description Fence Outlet specializes in one stop shopping for all fencing needs and accessories. We maintain a very large inventory of product that is readily available to our customers on a daily basis. At Fence Outlet, our customers will find everything they need for a do-it-yourself project, or we offer full service professional installation.

Fence Outlet is in need of a Quality Assurance Specialists for our shared locations in Tampa , FL!
Major Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Specialists will manage all inspection installation aspects tor the company on residential and commercial installations.
• The Quality Assurance Specialists will perform their job in a way that supports the Company’s commitment to safety in the work environment and execute tasks that will support the company’s mission, vision, and values.Increases installation quality by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining Subcontractors; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountability; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing training opportunities.
• Develops strategic plan by studying business opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives.
• Procure and train subcontractors and crews on proper installations techniques, so as to result in a quality and time efficient installation
• Assist in managing installation schedules to ensure a reasonable lead time and maximizing crew potential.
• Onsite inspection of installations. Ensure proper installation by subcontractors as to meet the requirements set by Fence Outlet and/or outside regulations.
• Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with applicable staff.
• Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Travel 20-25% of the time to locations on as needed basis.
• Experience with all aspects of gate automation which include electrical and mechanical layout and design on gate operations.
• Preferred high & low voltage installations/final connections for system.
• Preferred knowledge on most residential & commercial brands and/or programming content.
• Knowledge of minor welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Knowledge of how to Assemble, fasten, measure and build the framework work needed to complete the assigned job.
• Perform related job duties as needed/assigned

Requirements:
• · High School Diploma or GED.
• · Preferably 2-4 years’ experience in building or trade experience
• · Computer proficiency with the ability to work in MS Office based programs to including email
• · 3-5 years prior experience in a like or similar role.
• · Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• · Superior organization, project, and personnel management skills
• · Ability to think through problematic situations suggesting viable solutions
• · Knowledge of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
• · Ability to think through problematic situations suggesting viable solutions
Additional Requirements:
• · Must be able to continuously see. Must be able to frequently stand, walk, give & receive oral communication, bend, squat, reach above shoulder level, and discern color. Must be able to occasionally sit, drive, type, and make fine discriminations in sound.
• · Must be able to regularly lift/carry up to 60 lbs.; occasionally lift/carry up to 100 lbs.
• · Must be able to do repetitive simple grasping, fine manipulation, and pushing & pulling on a frequent basis.
• · Satisfactory Driving record; must possess a valid driver’s license and drive to and from work locations.
• · Must be able to travel as required for company business.
• · As needed work a varied schedule that could include nights, weekends and holidays.
