Where:
CollaborateMD headquarters is located in the heart of Downtown Orlando. Our open floor plan, natural light office space delivers panoramic views of Lake Eola & the Central Business District and is home to high-energy, driven people who like to work hard and play hard. Please note that our teams are working remotely through 2020 and into 2021, so this role will require a reliable internet connection and the ability to set up an in-home office. In-office work will be required as the office reopens.
Core Responsibilities:
• Play a key role in growing CollaborateMD by driving new and exciting sales opportunities.
• Build, maintain and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly pipeline of qualified sales leads around forecast goals and defined objectives.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to grow CollaborateMD’s revenue and customer base.
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, demos, and customer proposals that effectively communicate CollaborateMD’s solution.
• Diligently follow up on current opportunities and revive inactive opportunities through varying forms of communication.
• Coordinate closely with our Implementation team to ensure seamless onboarding for new customers.
• Work closely with our Marketing & Account Management teams to drive, experiment and optimize outreach campaigns (phone & email), webinars, and product demonstrations to increase revenue.
• Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM(Salesforce) tools.
• Maintain an understanding of the competitive market space and how to effectively position CollaborateMD.
• Grow CollaborateMD’s business through hard work and passion.
Must Haves:
• You are flexible, adaptable, and resilient.
• Working knowledge of the healthcare industry/ or ability to rapidly learn on the fly.
• Ability to initiate sales conversations with key decision-makers.
• Active listening skills and genuine curiosity to uncover customer needs.
• Obsessed with achieving goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and surpassing KPI targets.
• Proven track record of managing the sales cycle from start to finish.
• Tech-savvy, a dynamic learner with the ability to break down technical solutions easier for customers to understand.
• Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office  Google Business Apps.
• Highly organized & strong time management skills.
• Active interest in opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
• A real passion to learn and grow within the company.
• Team player with entrepreneurial spirits - you come up with and are willing to try new ideas to achieve greater levels of success.
Nice to Haves:
• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare space.
• You have built your resume selling PM, RCM, or EHR software.
• Bachelor's degree(BA,BS)
• 2+ years of full-cycle/inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
