Summary

Essential Functions
• Demonstrates helpful, positive attitude toward customers, team members and managers.
• Arrives to work on time, neat and well-groomed for every shift, in a clean and proper uniform.
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
• Adheres to all of Salem’s Fresh Eats safety and sanitation procedures.
• Sets up, maintains and restocks work area.
• Operates all equipment safely.
• Adheres to health department codes.
• Ensures proper portioning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 50 pounds.
