Duties and Responsibilities: Manages the Mobile Ordering Process, which includes:
Making sure orders are fulfilled quickly
Assist customers with any mobile order issues or concerns
Effectively train Team Members that assist with Mobile Ordering
Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing the employees involved with Mobile Ordering with direction and feedback
Serves as subject matter expert for all tasks regarding Mobile Ordering
Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
Willing to serve as a Team Member in Guest Services or the Kitchen
Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
Responsible for inventory & facilities management
All other duties as assigned
