Summary:
The Virtual Sales Representative is responsible for creating an in-store experience via multiple different online platforms. During this engagement, we aim not only to answer general questions they may have, but also be their trusted advisor and educate them on other services we offer. The Advisors goal is to convert leads into sales and give customers an exclusive personalized online experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provides an extraordinary guest experience whether the guest is shopping online, virtually, or instore
• Meets or exceeds established and agreed upon sales goals
• Answers guest inquiries and assists with navigating the shopping experience
• Provides timely and accurate information to the guest and places a summary of the interaction into a customer relationship management system
• Researches, locates, and provides product solutions that aid the guest in making purchasing decisions
• Schedules virtual or instore appointments on behalf of the guest and maintains a digital calendar
• Upsells products and services
• Offers and explains available payment options
• Enters sales orders and accepts payments
• Initiates outbound communication to guests with the intent of driving promotional campaigns
• Supports the recovery of guest sales
• Remains up to date on all the products and services that the company offers
• Interacts with team members and guests in a way that reflects our culture and core values: Love, Home, Trust, Team, Wining
• All other duties and projects as assigned
• Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
