Looking for a professional well spoken individual who is persistent and determined with outstanding problem solving skills. This position consists of contacting current customers with open expired rental accounts and communicate with customers their options of renewing their rental agreement or scheduling a return of the rental property. Daily tasks consists of outbound telephone calls, receiving inbound calls, collecting payments over the phone and in person. Field visits are conducted by Account Managers to customers residence with expired accounts and no communication has been provided between the customer and the store location. Some deliveries and pick up of rental property can be delegated to Account Managers by the General Manager discretion.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
