You make sure everything is clean - from the dishes that hold our famous hand-breaded, YUPPI wings to the pots that simmer our smoked collard greens healing broth. What you bring:
• Adheres to all service standards to help create “The Ultimate YUPPI Experience”
• Fulfills all job responsibilities in order to contribute to a “one great shift” operation
• Must have experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Must have knowledge of prep, dish, sauté, fry, grill, and pantry stations
• Assemble dishes according to our recipes and standards
• Clean and maintain each line station

• Be able to work independently
• Manage & train fry cook and prep cook to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
• High standards of food safety & hygiene compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report and follow executive chef instructions
• Cool under pressure
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Arrives to work on time in full, clean uniform
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Must have late night, holiday and weekend schedule flexibility
• Must have clean background
• Must be reliable, a team player and a fast learner
• Must be able to work long hours
• Must be able to be on their feet for long periods of time
• Open availability especially on weekends-late night and holidays

• Fry/Prep Cook: Looking for someone with at least 3 -4 year experience working as a prep and fry station.
