Regional Sales Manager- South, Southeast (FL, GA, AL, MS, LA, TX, OK, AR, SC, NC, TN)
Strive Footwear , a division of International Footcare Ltd. and sister company to LBG Medical Ltd., UK has an immediate ground floor opportunity for a recent college graduate to drive offline and online sales within the rapidly growing health & wellness sector of the women’s footwear market. As a key member of the sales team, you will be empowered to run your territory as if it were your own business.
At Strive , we believe in all things natural and aim to deliver on authentic comfort, wellness and a sense of style to everyone that wears our footwear. We do this by incorporating our podiatrist-designed (BFT) technology which transforms a classic flat footbed into one that conforms to the natural contours of your feet topped off with high quality uppers in trend right colors and materials.
Key Accountabilities:
-Execute against offline and online sales and account strategies
-Monitor account activity and provide weekly sales reports
-Provide monthly and seasonal forecasts
-Regular market travel, attendance at trade shows
-Drive sell-in and sell-thru
-Serve as a Brand Ambassador in the region
-Conduct regular staff training
-Maintain ‘best in class’ Visual Merchandising
-Provide regular feedback to sales, marketing and design teams

Compensation:
-Salary: $50K/yr base + bonus + expenses
