We meet with customers in their homes, by appointment only, to help them design window coverings to meet their needs. Our leads come from new home builders, previous customers, events and inbound requests for appointments. Our customers are interested in what we provide and have a NEED to meet with you! Our close rate is approaching 70% - do you have what it takes to help us push the limits?

If you are selected to join our team, you will have a flexible, local
territory that you will be responsible for in the Indy area. Because we are
growing quickly the right person will have opportunity for advancement.
We are looking for competitive, proven winners either with experience in sales, or who are
trying to get started in sales, recent graduates are also encouraged to
apply. Backed by over 50 years of sales experience, we offer in-depth,
ongoing sales training. Are you currently in a sales position that is a

• Flexibility - We require some weekend and evening work.
• Appearance - You will be presenting custom, finish products in customer's homes so a professional appearance is a must.
• Bachelor's degree or prior sales experience
• We require a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and clean criminal background.

Compensation:
• We offer $3,000 a month base plus commissions on each sale
