You will be working from a mobile phone. This gives you the ability to work from anywhere. You must be available 8am to 8pm Monday-Friday to answer the phone. And alternate weekends with a 2nd Dispatcher. The phone does not always ring but you must always answer when it does. You will be calling leads we receive through multiple sources and scheduling appointments for our technicians. Also there will be administrative work updating notes and making sure machines are registered. There will be training involved. Hvac experience is a plus! Bilingual is another plus. We deal with a lot of Spanish customers and technicians. Must be focused and disciplined. You will have a lot of freedom working from anywhere on a mobile phone.
