If so, lets talk. **Your Role and Responsibilities** Each Client Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for their defined client portfolio to ensure optimal client success, speed of deal closure, and minimizing data driven errors. This is achieved through accurate and thorough portfolio client data, master agreement terms, proactive engagement of negotiations and consistent communication with Sales and other Quote to Cash teams - Global Sales Support - Attend strategy meetings with global sales teams and guide required contract and sales order processes - Understand the quote to cash flow and resulting processes and continuously maintain messaging to sales and other WHI teams - Proactively engage with sales, legal, and other business process leaders during contract negotiations. Ensure all approvals are received and stored and accuracy of meta data for tracking and reporting. - Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with business partners and internal clients about contractual priorities. - Facilitate quarterly business process review for priority clients and agreements - Accurately guide and record status of Global Business Partners through defined workflow - Execution of additional order to cash responsibilities: - Run and maintain reporting for all job areas including business controls, turn-around time, volume, trends, etc. - Ensure accuracy and reliability is met for Merge sales quotes in accordance with client agreement terms - Ensure 24 hour or better order processing. Ensure invoices and change orders are processed with accuracy and withing established cycle times. - Consistently seeks new process improvement and streamlining opportunities: - Understand complex order and customer situations, discuss issues with appropriate departments, follow through to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction - Analyze and present supporting documentation for process improvement initiatives - Drive positive process change - Pursues a program of self-development through the use of selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing education.
