Shift will be based on need. Could be 7-4, 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, or 11-8. Training will be based your trainers schedule. Some will be in office training until we can get them set up, then we will send them home if they are able to work remotely.
Duties: Responsible for providing high quality telephone customer service to customers. Resolving customer inquiries, providing customers with account information, resolving or referring billing disputes, correcting payment errors, reversing fee and finance charges as appropriate and per guidelines, account maintenance, researching customer problems that couldn't be resolved during initial contact. Will receive 3 weeks of training. Calls will be monitored and you will be coached based on those monitors. It is a professional environment. There are strict attendance policies.
Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to quickly gain knowledge of all assigned products. Ability to solve problems rapidly. Adapt quickly to change. Self-motivated.
Good keyboard, phone, and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software. Effective sales and referral skills. Call Center experience preferred. Professional telephone demeanor.
2 years customer service, 1 year of collections experience.
