Job Description
DELIicious Westchase in Tampa, FL is looking for four baristas/bartenders to join our 11 person strong team. We are located on 9648 W Linebaugh Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities
Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Follow health and safety guidelines
Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Take orders and serve food items and drinks
Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
Present wine and beer lists with suggested pairings
Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age when serving beer or wine
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
Proven working experience as a barista and/or bartender
Excellent knowledge of coffee and/or beer and wine.
High integrity with a great attendance record
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
