As a Help Desk Manager / Customer Support Manager for our company, we are looking for:
• Experience in the telecommunications / Telecom / Broadband industry
• Call center management background
• Strong technical support management experience
• Interactive Voice Response (IVR) redesign and optimization knowledge and experience
