CDT Quality Analyst will use the CDT Checklist to follow all applicable process and procedures while disclosing an accurate Loan Estimate to borrower on all Loan Applications within the allowed 3-day time period meeting compliance deadline. Must follow and meet all Regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures.
Excel a plus, must be detail oriented ,accuracy a must. Must be able to Multitask while meeting deadlines. Mortgage experience a plus.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
Ideal Candidate: 1-3 years Mortgage experience in terms of processors, credit analyst, underwriters, loss mitigation, foreclosure, etc. Not looking for Sales minded candidates such as Loan Officers. Not looking for job hoppers, looking for candidates that will stick around to complete the project. Basic skills such as Outlook, Excel, and Word are helpful for the role. Candidates that are adaptable to change are preferred along with the ability to work independent, ask questions, and learn quickly.
