Special Counsel is looking to interview a Junior Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity with a busy national law firm’s local office. The ideal candidate should exhibit a high attention to detail, be a team player, and demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• E-filing
• Prepare Discovery Responses for specific cases, and reviews changes made by Attorney for future reference
• Prepare deposition summaries
• Previous trial experience
Qualifications:
• Three plus years’ experience in a law firm
• Experience with Products Liability defense litigation required
• Knowledge of Florida state court rules
• Concordance and/or Summation is desired
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience: At least three years’ experience in a law firm assisting multiple attorneys with their litigation caseload, defense litigation a must
Employment Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
