Real Estate Legal Assistant
Special Counsel is looking to hire a Real Estate Legal Assistant to support a firmly established firm’s essential real estate department. The ideal candidate should exhibit a high attention to detail, be a team player, and demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Research, review, and analyze, policies/surveys and commercial loan documents
• Draft, transcribe and type letters, documents and other correspondence
• Maintain electronic case files
• Schedule appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
• Assist attorneys with management of large commercial real estate development transactions
Qualifications:
• Must have 3+ years experience in a Florida law firm, supporting a real estate transaction practice
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work with an extremely high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Experience: At least 3 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant handling transactional matters
Employment Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
