Customer Service Supervisor
What Will You Do?
You will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives to provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers while keeping the needs of the customer and the company top of mind. As needed, you will handle difficult customers and/or situations while utilizing exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills to find the best possible resolution.
What Do You Need?
• Associate degree in Business Management or related field
• 3 years’ experience in a call center environment, Required
• Strong leadership and relationship building skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
