Our Staffing Coordinator position is perfect for a college graduate and is entry-level for building your career in our sales, recruiting or marketing departments.
The successful Staffing Coordinator will be outgoing and ambitious, establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers quickly, have a passion for recruiting and the desire to be successful.
This position will play an integral role in helping to meet the demands of our client direct hire staffing throughout the United States.
This role is based in our local office and cannot work remotely.
What you’ll do:
• Recruit candidates via telephone interviews
• Ensure the quality of approved candidates for hiring teams and prep them for their interview experience
• Set in-person interviews with hiring teams in multiple time zones/locations in the US
• Understand profiles required to provide successful candidates to clients
• Approve or dismiss candidates following the screening, and prep the approved candidates to be successful for the client interview.
• Monitor and report on recruiting metrics with creative and proactive ideas to drive results
• Interact, correspond, and maintain effective communication with hiring teams, candidates, and client via email
• Follow up and drive the conversion of candidates in the pipeline.
• Ensure hiring teams provide feedback on candidates
• Meet all required compliance reports weekly
• Ability to work overtime as needed to complete work on a daily/weekly basis
What you’ll need:
• 2+ years in hospitality, admin support or customer service role
• 2+ years in Recruiting Coordination or HR a plus
• Strong office admin skills (outlook, MS office suite) required
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
• Creative idea generator
• Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing a plus
• Bi-lingual in Spanish highly preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
