Full Job Description We are a fast paced pool building company with a high energy culture. Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. The Office Administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, answering phones, and organizing the office. This position also requires working day to day with subcontractors and permitting department.
To be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Assign sales leads
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with subcontractors through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Maintain office cleaning procedures
• Work with permitting by creating folders and scheduling inspections
Skills
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiar with the construction process and subcontractor interaction
• High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
