Full Job Description Multi-disciplinary architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting firm seeking a driven, multi-faceted Marketing Intern. Must meet the following requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal office skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multitask
• Working toward a BS/BA in communications, marketing, advertising, or equivalent
• Available to work 10-15 hours per week in the Tampa office
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Organizing and maintaining data associated with personnel, projects, marketing information, images, and boilerplate
• Printing, collating, and managing marketing proposals and related materials
• Creating and managing templates and outlines for proposals
• Researching opportunities, contacts, competitors, and leads
• Marketing-related administrative tasks
• Maintaining client survey program
• Responsibilities and opportunities may grow based on abilities, interests, and company needs
Work environment is friendly, fast-paced, and collaborative. Training is provided. Excellent opportunity for a student interested in gaining hands-on marketing experience in a fast-paced RFP-driven environment.
